Q: How do I check my email via the web interface?
A: Point your browser to http://webmail.etecc.com
Enter your username (which is your full email address) and password
Select the server your email is hosted on
Click Login

Q: Why can't I send email?
A: Some ISPs block outgoing mail on the default port of their networks. Most ISPs that do this offer an outgoing mail server for their clients to use. Contact your ISP to discover if this is an option for you, and how to configure your client to use the ISP's outgoing mail server.

Ensure that your email client settings are correct (see *MODIFYSETTINGS* if you are unsure of how to do this.) If you are using your ISPs outgoing mail server, ensure that you have the correct settings as provided by your ISP. If you are using eTecc's outgoing mail server, ensure that you are authenticating with the outgoing mail server ( see *MODIFYSETTINGS* for a step-by-step guide on how to do this.)

Q: Why can't I receive email?
A: Most likely, this is an issue with the way the email client is configured. Check *MODIFYSETTINGS* and ensure that your email client's configuration options are set correctly.

Q: How do I set up my new email address?
A: You should have received an email detailing your email account credentials when you signed up for your eTecc account. Follow the instructions in *SETUPGUIDE* using your account credentials.

Q: I just got a new computer, now how do I get email on it?
A: See *SETUPGUIDE*

Q: How can I get my email on my blackberry/iPhone/Smartphone?
A: While we do not provide guides for these devices, the setup and configuration should be very similar to *MODIFYSETTINGS* using your provided account credentials.

Q: Which email clients do you support?
A: Any mail client which utilizes the POP3 protocol is compatible with the email services we provide.
